Frequently Asked Questions

We want you to arrive feeling prepared, relaxed, and supported. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about the retreat.

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing lightweight, breathable clothing, activewear for yoga and movement sessions, a swimsuit, comfortable walking shoes or sandals, and a reusable water bottle. You may also want a journal, sunscreen, insect repellent, and any personal wellness items you love.

Yoga mats and most retreat equipment will be provided on-site.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the nature of retreat planning and accommodations, all deposits are non-refundable. Full payment refunds may be available up to a specified date prior to the retreat start, minus administrative fees.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Is this retreat beginner-friendly?

Absolutely. This retreat is designed for all levels, including complete beginners. All yoga, breathwork, and meditation sessions are guided with options and modifications, allowing you to move at your own pace.

No prior experience is required — only an open heart and willingness to explore.

Can I come alone?

Yes — and many guests do. Coming solo is very common and often one of the most powerful ways to experience the retreat.

You’ll be welcomed into a supportive, like-minded community, and many lifelong friendships are formed during the week.

Do you offer dietary accommodations?

Yes. Our kitchen can accommodate a variety of dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most food sensitivities.

Please let us know your dietary requirements in advance so we can ensure your meals are both nourishing and enjoyable.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, flexible payment plans are available to help make the retreat more accessible. Payment plans allow you to secure your spot with a deposit and pay the remaining balance over time.

If you have questions about payment options or need a custom plan, please reach out to us directly and we’ll be happy to help.

What time does the retreat start and end?

The retreat officially begins in the late afternoon on arrival day with a welcome gathering, and concludes after breakfast on the final day. A detailed itinerary will be shared prior to arrival.
